The following are zipped text files of the INDIA-L mailing list.

They were prepared by Wayne Ross until December 15, 1997, and by me, Ian Poyntz, until October 1998. They have been edited to remove most headers, longer signatures, and lengthy quoted original messages. Advertising and messages unintentionally fed back to the mailing list have also been removed.

After October 1998 I stopped preparing these files. The number of subscribers to the India-L mailing list became too many for me to keep up with.

The folks at Rootsweb also have an archive service. To access old messages from the mailing list, click on Rootsweb Interactive Search The name of the mailing list is simply INDIA, although it will accept some variations such as INDIA-L and INDIA-D.
