The land joins Warraent Branch on south side of Coneho Creek, Spring Branch, John Fort, John Griffian. It was witnessed by Ephenetus Griffian, Matthew Griffin, and Francis Gurgainus. NC.2 Epenetus Griffin named son Andrew, Epenetus, Matthew, John, and daugthers Sarah Cockbern, Elisabeth, Ann; and wife Ann. His estate included slaves, but he apparently did not name them. Will signed 30 July 1755. Probated Dec Ct 1756.
