Due to the ongoing abuse of the democratic process at KPFT/90.1 FM radio by a handful of vicious thugs, hatemongers, exclusionists and assorted cads, concerned members of the community have coalesced to create a slate of candidates to run in the first-ever upcoming elections for the KPFT Local Advisory Board (LAB).
Our platform is a simple one: We openly oppose the candidacies of those who choose to run under the Stalinist Slate (aka: peepee radio) that was created by KPFT's censured LAB member, Ayatollah Hep Ingham.
Ayatollah Hep has been undermining democratization at KPFT since the Pacifica radio network was reclaimed in early 2002. The following other three people are the core directors of this campaign:
Disgraceful former KPFT programmer, Bob Buzzanco
Violent KPFT programmer, Curt "Scooter" Schroell
KPFT program director, the golem-like Otis Hardy Maclay
For nearly a year now, the four people above, self-identified as the "axis of evil", have worked relentlessly to inhibit and retard the growth of democracy at KPFT. They began with an attempt to cancel the public meeting that merged the LAB of the former regime with a larger group of members elected by KPFT listeners as a shadow LAB during the political struggle to regain the station. Then they used blackmail against the local listener activist group and the station itself in order to gain programming slots. They covertly tried to set up a Berkeley-based outfit as KPFT's news department, to prevent a locally-based department from being set up. They brought in another out of town program to prevent local programming. They worked in a conspiracy to undermine the process of electing the KPFT station manager. They forced the newly elected LAB secretary off the board. They acted to alienate the entire Jewish community in Houston through on-air abuse of local Jewish community leaders. They have attacked the legitimate structure of authority at KPFT, forcing several other LAB members off the board, through incessant threats, including ones aimed at family members of the LAB. They have threatened violence against people who have exposed their activities, tried to have them and their family members fired from their jobs, and have libeled them non-stop. They have stolen control of the Pacifica radio mandated bylaws programming, from the KPFT bylaws committee. They vote-pack committee meetings with people who have not been there before, to bully their way. And now they aim to steal the elections for the KPFT LAB through their Stalinist Slate.
The Anti-Stalinist Slate absolutely opposes the potential candidacies of the following people who may run as a group under the Stalinist Slate:
Ayatollah Hep Ingham
Consistent liar and behind-the-scenes conspirator, he was censured by the current KPFT LAB for violating the LAB policies of confidentiality on two different occasions.
KKKen Freeland
Exposed as an anti-Semite, he previously failed in his candidacy to be elected by the LAB as a replacement member.
Kevin White
New to the scene, most outstanding characteristic is libelous activity, like falsely claiming that KPFT activists are police informants and/or MOSSAD agents.
MaryAnn Martinez
A current LAB officer, who has falsely alleged that a KPFT activist had physically intimidated her and has stated her intention to file a false police report against the activist.
Michael Woodson
A new KPFT programmer and a dime store hood with classic Aryan features, who thinks that the death threats issued against KPFT activists are somehow 10X funnier that Andy Kaufman's material.
Mark Martin
A violent man who runs an internet radio outfit, who sports a shaved head, a Libertarian who publicly shows his disdain for the poor and for democratic socialists.
Rick Potthoff
A current LAB member, who openly campaigned to ruin the professional career of a former LAB officer.
The above listed people (all of them white middle-aged males, save one token), who are clearly aligned with Ayatollah Hep Ingham, must be prevented from aquiring seats on the KPFT LAB and must be exposed for the anti-democratic nature of their activities during the upcoming LAB election campaign. In addition to to these scoundrels, the Anti-Stalinst Slate will oppose any and all additional candidates who choose to run under the Stalinist Slate. In the educated and informed opinion of the Anti-Stalinist Slate, anyone who becomes associated with this group, despite whatever individual qualifications, talents, &c. that they might possess, automatically disqualifies them for service, as being part of a group of sadistic authoritarians with a long record of abuses against democratic organization.
