won significant US tournaments! Beating a field of tough competitors in
the A group,
Eric duplicated his accomplishments last week in Los Angeles. In LA he
beat Sean O'Neill
in the finals. Here at the Houston
Table Tennis Center, it was going undefeated against Gerald Kempa,
Roland Wang, Hector
Bennet, Roberto
Byles, and Viktor
Subonj.
This was a hard faught tournament as it was the last tune up before next weeks US National Championships in Las Vegas.With the help of his neuromuscular therapist, Kenny. Eric, 22 is hoping to make it three in a row next week.
D.G. VanVooren won the B group losing only to Roberto Byles in round one and ended up 9 and 1. There was even a guest appearance by Roland Schilhab!
