Subscribe online via our secure server! You can also apply in person at the HAL office or phone the office at 713-993-3300 and we'll fax or mail you an application. Upon receipt of your completed application and payment, the office staff will process the information, set up the account, and send your login ID, temporary password and setup CD to your designated mailing address VIA SURFACE MAIL.
